Announcing the gmap-pedometer Blog

March 11, 2015 by Paul 0 Comments

Hello! Hi. Nice to see you, thanks for coming, everyone.

Ok, pipe down, you in the back.

Most likely you’ve been using [gmap-pedometer.com](http://gmap-pedometer.com) for some time to see *just* how far your runs or rides have been. Maybe you’ve also created an account to keep track of all of those and used our workout log too. Maybe you even popped on over to the [twitter feed](http://twitter.com/gmappedometer) and saw the lovingly curated list of [mostly] retweets.

Now we’re adding a new element to the mix! this blog will contain articles of interest to the endurance fitness world. This will include a lot of things you’d expect, and hopefully some you won’t. Coolest/weirdest races, running and cycling club profiles, workout tips, and plenty of similar things we have yet to dream up.

It’ll also be a good place to look for news about features added or other changes to the site.

Hope you like it! Feel free to leave a comment about what you’d like to hear about (that is, uh, once I get the comments working)
